Temelj dela Centra za mednarodno in poslovno pravo je povezovanje in prenos teoretičnega znanja s področja mednarodnega in poslovnega prava v prakso. Pri tem se osredotočamo na razvoj inovativnih načinov reševanja pravnih vprašanj z omenjenih področij. Ob povezovanju in sodelovanju z drugimi domačimi in tujimi strokovnjaki izvajamo tudi strokovno svetovanje.
PROJEKTI: Center za mednarodno in poslovno pravo je od leta 2015 partner v evropskem Climate KIC projektu Pioneers into Practice ter od leta 2017 organizator Climathon Ljubljana. Center je v letu 2018 gostil Meeting of the South-Eastern European Anti-Corruption Academic Initiative katerega namen je bil začetek pogovorov o oblikovanju regionalnega magistrskega študijskega programa o naslavljanju korupcije. The objective of the Centre for International and Business Law is to facilitate theoretical knowledge in the areas of international and business law into practice, by developing innovative solutions to legal questions in these areas of law. In co-operation with Slovenian and international legal experts we also provide professional advice on various legal issues.
PROJECTS: Centre for International and Business Law is since 2015 a partner in the European Climate - KIC project Pioneers into Practice, the organizer of Climathon Ljubljana and since 2020 in the project Skills for Future. Center for International and Business Law hosted in 2018 the Meeting of the South-Eastern European Anti-Corruption Academic Initiative which discussed the possibility and viability of creating a regional Masters Programme on Anti-Corruption.
